Current Corporate Rates:
- (see note below) As of Jan. 1, 2026 – *$285 + taxes and disbursements per year for acting as agent and “Registered and Records Office” of a BC company, which includes: taking care of drafting and arranging for signing of annual corporate resolutions; taking care of any address changes of shareholders and/or officers; filing of the company’s annual report with the BC corporate registry; and updating registers and corporate records as required.
- ****NOTE: As of July 22, 2026 – We will only act as a company’s Registered and Records Office if we incorporate the BC company, or the corporate minute book is being transferred to us from another law firm or notary office in BC.
- ****FURTHER NOTE – WE DO NOT ACT FOR ANY COMPANY AS A VIRTUAL OFFICE and we only handle a small amount of mail forwarding (if needed) and in all of those cases we direct our clients to immediately change the address for mail were are getting, to their mailing address.
- As of Jan. 1, 2026 – Corporate Paralegal time is charged at $245 / hour plus taxes.
